Running social media for 100+ school branches without losing a single admission cycle
How a centralized content and franchise-growth system helped Brookvalley Management Consultancy scale The Masterminds School and Krishnaveni Talent Schools across a 100+ branch network.
One brand voice, a hundred different branches
The Masterminds School and Krishnaveni Talent Schools operate as a franchise network of 100+ branches, each with its own local admissions cycle, competition, and audience. Every branch needed content that felt local and timely, but the brand still needed to look consistent, professional, and trustworthy across all of them.
On top of day-to-day content, the management team wanted a dedicated push to identify and convert new franchise partners — expanding the network itself, not just filling seats in existing branches.
What I owned
As Social Media Manager, I sat between school management and the branch network — building the creative and content systems that 80 branch-level social media in-charges used every day, while also running a dedicated franchise expansion track.
Three systems, built to scale past 100 branches
A creative system, not a one-off design
Built a repeatable poster and creative framework for school management, so every branch could put out on-brand admissions, event, and announcement creatives without needing a designer on call for every post.
Branch-specific content, not a copy-paste calendar
Developed individual content ideas and admissions strategy for each school branch, accounting for local competition and audience, then rolled this out through the network of 80 social media in-charges to keep every branch active and relevant.
A dedicated franchise expansion track
Ran a focused ₹10,000/month lead generation effort aimed squarely at franchise expansion — reaching prospective franchise partners rather than parents, and feeding qualified leads to the management team throughout the year.
